The News~ Braces.

Sorry I haven't posted in a little while, I won't come up with an excuse but it's mainly to do with homework drama:( So, recently I have been at the orthodontist (for you's who don't know what that is, it's a special dentist where they fit braces) I bet you can guess now what I am about to say. Yep, I have had my braces fitted:(! I have the common train tracks on my upper toothy bit (don't know what that's called:/) but weirdly not all the way round, I have them just fitted around my front 6 teeth. Don't know why, but hey ho:)

However, around 4 months ago I went the orthodontist and got my first set of braces fitted. The jaw movers (as I call them)! They are these horrible blocks of plastic that slot around my teeth and are supposed to move my jaw. Sounds painful I know. They are fine now but since I have these train track things I cannot seem to fit my jaw movers in. Btw the jaw movers are removable so I can take them out! Also, the orthodontist tightened them, this created the problem of not fitting them in. You reading this may not having a clue on what I am on about but you people with braces hopefully will.I am getting used to my train tracks now and hopefully will be able to fit my jaw movers in.

If you guys want to ask my anything about having braces put in or just having them, then comment below and I will get back to as soon as I can.

New Find // Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer & Highlighter.

I am sitting here, just came back from school, in front of the computer, eating grapes and cocktail sausages, ready to write another blog post!

Here is another new find and I am quite glad that I found this. It's the Rimmel Match Perfection (2-in-1) concealer and highlighter. I got this in shade 010 (ivory). Its a great concealer, especially for under your eyes. You don't really notice the highlighter but is an added extra to the product. I got the concealer a shade lighter than my skin tone because I wanted it to brighten up my eyes and make me look more awake. This product ticks most of the boxes for me and with the foundation it really works a treat.

Again, I got this product from a homeware store because it was cheaper but you can buy it from your normal make-up store (Boots, Superdrug).

Cooler In A Red Dress | OOTD.

I thought I should add some different content onto my blog, so I have added a video from my youtube channel (Paige Jasmine). I got this floaty, shift dress yesterday and I love it so much. It's bright red/orange, which is a different colour for me as I haven't got anything like that in my wardrobe. The dress is a definite summer essential.

I paired the dress with some gold, strappy sandals, from Nine West. I have recently included them into a blog post. Check it out here.

New Find // Rimmel Stay Matte Primer.

When I went shopping with my Mum a couple of days ago, we were looking in the make-up section and we came across the Rimmel Stay Matte Primer. Either of us have never really tried a primer before, so we gave it a try.

I have problems with keeping my make-up on all day, so when I tried this product out I was hoping it was going to work. It did! I had a full face of make-up on and it looked the same throughout the day! I was amazed. I love this primer now and it is a part of my favourites.

You can get this product from probably any beauty shop but I got it from Wilko's, a home ware store, just because it was cheaper. I looked on their website and they don't have their make-up range on there, so I found the high street beauty store price for you, Boots.

Summer Wishlist & A Note To Say Thank You.

In the shops at the minute, I have found some lovely things, as I haven't bought them yet and waiting for the items to come to me some way or another, I have decided to share them with you! All of these photos are from the shops websites that I will be labelling below.

H&M //

Embroidered Skirt (£24.99)

This skirt is beautiful for summer as it looks floaty and bright. As the embroidered effect isn't too in your face, you can go basic with the top or try and add different colours.

Satin Shorts (£7.99)

I love these shorts and I defiantly need to get them when I go holiday shopping. They are a must have in your summer collection because you can dress them up or down, plus they come in 2 colours, so you can choose! I love both colours and cannot choose which one I prefer.
Which colour do you prefer, if you prefer any?

Ballerinas (£9.99)

Lately I have been loving cute, lace flats because they go with everything! In H&M they have 2 other colours: black and white, but I prefer the pink because they are more summery for me. They are a good price and perfect for your summer wardrobe.

Lace-Up Espadrilles (£12.99)

These pumps are gorgeous. They are so cute with little palm trees on and are essential for your summer wardrobe. They will look lovely with loads of things! I am defiantly getting these, they are just so unbelievably cute!

Boohoo.com //

Allana Lace Insert Chiffon Playsuit (£20)

This playsuit looks so pretty and I especially love the lace detailing on the chest. You can dress it up with some heels or dress it down with cute sandals. There are so many ways to style this playsuit, it's just a must have in your holiday wardrobe! There are 3 colours to choose from: pink, white and black. For me I prefer the white but the pink and black follow close behind.

Daisy Lace Swing Woven Crop Cami (£15)

This crop top is very cute and would look lovely with denim shorts and strappy sandals. It's a must have in your spring/summer collection. There is a choice of 2 colours with this top and I don't really know which one I prefer.
Tell me in the comments below which colour you like, if any?

I hope you enjoyed this little post, I might do some more in future but for other occasions.

A little note to say thank you for commenting on my blog, I appreciate the advice and compliments that you make. So please continue!

Sweet Sun.

Today me and my family went out for afternoon tea, for my Mum's early birthday present. We all dressed up and the place was beautiful in the sun. Inside the hotel was lovely and we had a menu especially for infused teas. We tried the teas and we all found them disgusting, so we ordered normal British teas. Just the way we like it! Then, we got posh rectangle sandwiches brought out to us, they were delicious! I was so excited to have the cakes when they were finally brought out, wow what a delight! At the end, we had a walk around the gorgeous grounds and then we had to make our way back home.

Nails In The Sun.

It was the most lovely weather today, so I decided to paint my nails in the sun. For Christmas, I got a pack of Technic nail varnishes and I found 2 colours that look really pretty together. There is a bluey green and the same but in a glittery polish. Also from that collection, I added a clear nail polish to help the varnish stay longer. Technic isn't the best nail varnish brand, because you have to re-coat but the end result looks really cute and summery!

The Steps.

> Put your first coat of your chosen colour onto all of your nails.
> Wait for them to nearly dry and then put your second coat on.
> Again wait for them to nearly dry, but then put your chosen glittery colour onto your thumbnail and ring finger.
> Repeat the waiting steps and then put your second on.
> After waiting for them to nearly dry, put the clear polish on to keep your nail varnish on for longer.
> Wait for these to fully dry and add some rings to finish off the look!

Both of my rings are from Topshop in the sale!
I couldnt find the rings on the website, so I linked their jewellery section for you. If you look in store they will probably have them (only if you want them:)).
