So, now i am at home in my living room writing this:) My dog always greets me with a wagging tail as i come straight in the door, it's proper cute:) I have got so much homework to do, ugh but me and my friends are having a homework day tomorrow, but we will probably just talk and mess about, ha:) I go to New York soon so i am ultra excited about that but i have a history test on the very last day, ugh:/

I got home and caught up with Celebrity Big Brother with a cup of tea and a piece of chocolate:) I have been craving it all day! So glad it's weekend! I get too excited for them nowadays but it's a good time to relax:)

Cold Roll Neck Days ft My Dog

These photos were taken a couple of days ago when it was pretty cold outside, so I made the sensible decision to stay inside:) I just love roll necks this season, especially on dresses. This is one of my favourite dresses at the moment because it goes with practically everything:) I normally pair these with my Dr Martens or Chelsea Boots. It is such a comfy dress and can be easily dressed up or down:) I matched this outfit with shimmery, rose make-up with nude lipstick and a messy bun:)

Roll-neck dress - Boohoo.com
Heart necklace - Notonthehighstreet.com
Flower ring - Pandora
Sparkly ring - Pandora
Gold watch - Argos
Purple leather charm bracelet - Pandora

Sorry I have been posting infrequently for the past couple of posts but I have been super busy with school, so I should be back to normal posting days soon! Bare with me:)

Nude Nails

My Mum ordered some more Avon nail varnishes the other day and I fancied trying one of them out. I don't wear nail varnishes that often because I don't have the patience to wait! But Avon's range dry really quickly and are very nice to apply:) I am wearing Avon's Naked Truth with Barry M's Pink Silver Glitter. Both of these polishes together match perfectly! Maybe, I may paint my nails more often...:)

Small Beauty Hall

I went shopping yesterday to get a couple of  bits and i managed to pop into Boots to have a look at some make-up, so i got some new bits! I had a voucher from there for Christmas so it was more exciting:) Recently i have been loving Bourjois' make-up range and i am becoming quite a fan. Here are the couple of things that i picked up from Boots.

Bourjois Blush - 33 Golden Lilac

It's  very important to me to know what is in the make-up that i wear, so i make sure there are no parabens in it. I was very happy to know that this gorgeous blush doesn't have them in that will harm my skin:) I have always wanted one of these pot blushers and i have heard good reviews on the Bourjois ones. I got the shade golden lilac which is a lovely rich shimmery pink colour. There is also a small curved brush as well which comes with it that's very cute!

Bourjois Smokey Eyes Trio Eye Shadow Palette - 05 Rose Vinatge

I am very addicted to eyeshadows at the moment so i keep wanting to build my collection. I love the rose and purple shades in shadows and this trio just caught my eye! The shades are so shimmery and beautiful. I just can't wait to try it out:)

Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick - 04 Rose Tweed

There is quite a 'rose' link between all of things i have got! Anyway, i have really wanted to get a rose/nude colour lipstick and then i found this one! It's quite creamy and shiny. I just love how this lipstick applies. Only one drawback is that there isn't a lot of lipstick in the packaging (if that makes any sense). The tube doesn't twist far enough so that may mean that i will have to restock a lot quicker. The colour is beautiful and i can't wait to wear this on out:)

There's all of the products i got! Hope you enjoyed this post:)

January Wishlist

Hopefully i am going to do this monthly but lets see how it goes:) These are the bits and bobs that i would like to save for or wish that i had this month. Enjoy:)

Topshop

This nail colour looks gorgeous and the matte effect just sounds better.  It just looks so nice! I have never tried any of the Topshop beauty range, so i don't know if it's good quality but if it's from Topshop then i suppose it will be.

I have wanted these boots for ages because they are so nice and look to wintery! The colour and the fur really compliment each other. I just really really want them!!! They could go with practically anything because of the style. Topshop have these boots in all black as well.

When i saw this dress on their website, i instantly fell in love. It's just so beautiful. I love the way it hangs and the style on the top. The different patterns on which the fabric is turned is subtle but gorgeous:) The only bad thing about this dress is the price tag, it's a little bit out of my price range! It may stay on my wishlist for a very long time!

I love everything about this dress. I am kind of a killer for sparkle and glitter so this was an absolute must for my wishlist. Again, the price is quite a lot as it may stay on my wishlist, haha:) But this dress is just divine especially for a night out or occasion.

Missguided

Slogan Vanilla Latte T Shirt White

Everyday is a vanilla latte day for me! This t'shirt is very relatable, especially for me:), so it has to be on my wishlist, haha.

Rose Print A Line Mini Skirt Black

I am very addicted to skirts and dresses at the moment, so this skirt really caught my eye. I love the pattern, colours and style of it:) The roses are gorgeous and i would love to have this in my collection.

Ashlie Knitted Jumper Dress Charcoal

I love jumper dresses and this one really caught my eye. The pattern and the colour are just gorgeous. There are know words to describe how stunning this outfit is, ha! It's just beautiful. I just adore everything about this dress:)

There are a few of my wishlist favourites from Topshop & Missguided. Hope you have a nice rest of your day:)

4 Things I Have Learnt in the Couple of Weeks of 2015.

Throughout the couple of week there has been of 2015 I have learnt 4 important things about the year ahead. I am trying to vary my posts a little more (not all being beauty related) so I hope it works:)

4 Things I Have Learnt in the Couple of Weeks of 2015.

1. Don't take anything for granted

This is pretty obvious but my friend found out some pretty terrible news a couple of days ago and I keep wondering what about if that happened to me or one of my loved ones? It's quite a horrible question to ask yourself but it really makes me realize how lucky I am and how I can't take anything anything for granted.

2. Just be YOU

Beware this one is going to be cheesy, haha. Anyway, last year I thought that I couldn't really find myself and what I was to this world (cringey I know) but I finally think I have. I have found my dress sense and what kind of person I am to other people. It takes some time but you have to be patient. Find what clothes you like not what other people like. And be you because the version of you is much better than the version of Bob down the road.

3. Make New Years resolutions that you can keep

I always try to be adventurous with my new years resolutions over the past couple of years and challenge myself, this can be good but only to a certain extent. This year I still am trying to push myself to achieve new things but make only a couple of new years resolutions so I can focus on them. It's better to do this than to make a whole list that you keep forgetting or don't end up trying/completing.

4. Save your Christmas money

I know this can be hard but you will thank me in a couple of months:) I am guilty of getting my money from Christmas and then spending it all in 1 week! But trust me this year it's about to change. I am saving my money to spend it on something that I love and won't chuck away in a couple of months. It's just way better to know that you are saving for something that means loads to you. I'm not saying don't spend a penny but when your friends ask to you to go to town or something try and spend it gradually and not all at once:)

What are the things that you have learnt?

2014 Beauty Favourites

I know this is a bit late but hey ho:) Here are my beauty favourites of 2014! Sorry in advance for some products that might not be cleanest but it shows that I use them a lot right? Anyway here are my beauty favourites of last year:)

Tropic Smoothing Cleanser & Skin Revive

These are my two favourite moisturizers and cleansers. They work on my skin by not making it oily but smooth. If you haven't heard of the brand Tropic before, it's a pure natural make-up and skin company that Lord Sugar has invested in. I love the brand myself however it's not that cheap but works a treat:)

Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

I was lucky enough to get the Naked 3 palette for Christmas and I have been using it A LOT. I just love it very much and even though it's quite expensive the colours in it are to die for! There is a mix of shimmers, mattes and metallics in the palette. There is a large mirror and 2 sided shadow brush which comes with it as well. Included are samples of eye shadow primers in the box, which help to prevent creasing.

Avon Super Shock Mascara

I only got this recently but I have used it loads! The mascara is so nice to use and keeps the volume throughout the day. It's not flaky or hard to remove which is good in a mascara:)

Elf Golden Bronzer

I got this when I went to America for my holidays and have used it practically everyday ever since (as you can see by the loss of powder in the middle). Its a lovely bronzer to use and contours your face and cheek bones without it being too dark. The only down side with this is that it may be too shimmery but who doesn't like a bit of shimmer now and then?

Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation (N'52 - Vanilla)

This is my FAVOURITE foundation! I love it too pieces. It's dewy but not too oily like you have been playing in a pool of grease, eww. It's just a perfect foundation, it's not cakey or too thick and you don't really need concealer because it covers up spots and blemishes pretty well. I would 100% recommend this foundation:)

 Rimmel Stay Matte Primer

Me and my Mum use this to keep our make-up on for the whole day and it really works. We both have completely different skin complextions as it being too oily or too dry but it works for both of us. It's a thick consistency as well which makes you think that it is going to keep your make-up on before even using it. The cream is very smooth as well and easy to rub in.

 Lip Balms

Lately I have been getting really sore lips (probably becuase of my braces) but these 3 lip products have been helping to keep my lips nice and smooth:)

EOS Strawberry

I got this on my holidays because I heard so many good reviews about it. It's smells nice and isn't too creamy on your lips but does help to keep your lips smooth:)

Tropic Lip Love

The orangeness may be deceiving to how much love I have for this product! It isn't orange on your lips! The smell of this is GORGEOUS,  it's kind of an orangey lemon scent . It just smells so nice! I would say that this is the best product for solving sore lips as it works after a couple of days.

Barry M Cor' Balmy (Shade- Adam&Eve)

Again, this lip balm smells lovely and works well. There is a 'moisturizing core' in the middle that adds to the softness and keeping your lips feeling nice and smooth. You can get many other shades in this, I picked the light pink so it doesn't really show the colour.

Revlon Colour Burst Lip Butter (Shade- 25 Peach Parfait)

This is a different option to a lip balm as it includes a lipstick with a balm. It's quite creamy as the name of the product is lip butter but it's very nourishing as well. The colour that I chose is very pretty and has a hint of sparkle.

 Rimmel Kate Moss Mascara

I do like this mascara as it gives volume and keeps it up throughout the day. However it can be a little flaky or clumpy sometimes and can be a little hard to get off. But the volume and is great.

Elf Baked Blush

If you want a light shimmery blush that gives you a nice highlight, then this is the blush for you:) It's pale in colour but has a gorgeous shimmer and sparkle that really brightens up your cheeks. It's very subtle but sweet:)

Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner

This is the best liquid eyeliner that I have owned and most used. I use liquid eyeliner often and this is the affordable pen eyeliner in my opinion. It's very easy to use and best if you are just starting using it. It has a very thin end to the pen so it's easy to be precise with your wing.

NYC Indivdual Eyes

I love this palette for so many purposes, like the primer, highlighter and the pretty eye shadow colours. It's such a good versatile palette and very good for a starter bunch if eye shadows.

I use this product everyday and I love it. There are a range of colours to choose for your eye brows. The shadow is very pigmented and lovely to use and apply. The creamy thing next to the shadow is a highlighter for your brow bone. I don't really use this often but when I have it's a little shiny and shimmery.

Barry M Nail Paints (from left to right- 357 Ballerina, 310 Mushroom, Vanilla & 337 Pink Silver Glitter)

These are a couple of my favourite nail varnishes of the Barry M range. They are very good quality for a good price. There are so many different range of colours and styles, too many to choose!

Avon Stardust

I got this for Christmas and it's so nice to apply. The brush is nice to use and it dries quickly:) The glitter stays on well and doesn't flake off or chip. The bottle is gorgeous as well, it's such a cool design!

Thank you for reading:)
